  Probably worst experience ever. 90 min to get cold food then had to walk up to register just to pay and get out. Never got check. No apologies or even recognize there slow horrible service. I know the service industry. You know when things are going bad. You are saying sorry all night and trying to comp drinks or something just to try and get the costumer to come back and give you another chance. But they didn't even care.

  Fast and friendly service. Food was tasty, waitress was very attentive. This was my first experience in a Perkins restaurant and i was impressed. Wild berry pie and ice cream is a must try!!

  We decided that after a late night of family shopping, we'd stop at Perkins for a quick late night dinner. There were plenty of seats open in a better area, but instead we got sat in front of the kitchen. This wouldn't have been a problem had we not had our 2 year old with us in a high chair in the walkway. The waitress of course tried squeezing past our son each time she delivered orders and have us an aggravated look because his high chair was in the walkway when she easily could've gone the other way. I understand that the waitress was busy and could've been having an off night for whatever reason, so I was trying to be understanding. She came to our table very late to get a drink order. So late that she was taking our food order as well. Which was fine. But our drinks didn't come our for another 10 or 15 mins. We ordered quick food, some pancakes with eggs and bacon, a salad, and some chocolate chip pancakes for our 2 year old. My chicken on my salad was supposed to be seasoned according to the description and it most definitely was not. It was cold by the time our food came out. My husbands pancakes and eggs were cold. His eggs were so cold, they almost felt like someone had taken them out of a fridge. Not to mention they were very undercooked. If they had been for me, I would've had to send them back and get new ones that were more cooked due to being a breastfeeding mom and being unable to eat eggs that are undercooked. My husbands pancakes were burnt on the bottom and very strategically placed with the burnt side down and the slightly burnt top part covered by blueberries. My son's pancakes were also burnt. Only giving 2 stars because the waitress and cashier were very kind and understanding and helpful when we had to leave early due to our crying children. We usually love Perkins, but we were extremely disappointed tonight.
