I caught the waitress right away and she offered to make a new burger, great except it took around 25 minutes additional while other party members had their food. Got the bill and there was no initial discount or anything for the mistake, after I asked they comped the burger. The waitress was more then apologetic but never saw a manager come over and again the wait time to cook my second burger was what I found unaccepted.December 03, 2016
