  AWFUL service. Waiters and waitresses were immature, impolite, and got angry because they had to serve our large group. Food wasn't fresh and servers refused to bring us the supposedly "unlimited" breadsticks. Pretty unbelievable.

  The service here is absolutely ridiculous. Absolutely awful. The general manger is a joke. I don't even want to go into the quality of the food but seriously over 7 bucks for a bowl of spaghetti. Why... I could go out and get a ton for that much. I ask myself why for a lot of things in the restaurant. Ive been there a few times and the service has gotten worse. Stop hiring rude children and get people I can actually communicate with. The only OK thing are the breadsticks. As awfully buttery as they are they are somewhat decent. Not like we could get any anyway.

  The fast food of italian (fazolis) is better than Olive garden for pasta and 10 times better for breadsticks, plus has a drive through! Wish i had one in MN
