  One of the worst examples of this restaurant. Slowest service. Last time at this establishment, my girlfriends order was made incorrectly 3 times in a row. She also gave her review and her words were worse than mine. I recommend if you're hungry, go the Burger KIng across the street or better yet starve!

  Always get bad service and messed up orders. Complained multiple times and never got response from anyone. Try a different Janesville location if you can.

  Sometimes the fries have been way over salted. But have never had an issue with the workers. They are pleasant.

  Horrible. Completely horrible. The manager of this place made my chicken sandwich. Without gloves. Had to ask three times for her to put globes on and by the 3rd time she put one one and squished my sandwich. Watch out for this McDonald's. They don't use globes. No wonder I got sick from here multiple times.
